Since Mary Boggess moved to Chatham from Northern California in 1965, she has seen many changes; but strongly believes that the Lower Cape Cod towns of Chatham, Brewster, Harwich and Orleans have maintained their charm and integrity and offer the same quality of life that attracted her over 40 years ago!

After 24 years in Real Estate (the last 17 years with John C. Ricotta & Associates, Inc.) Mary has both the perspective that comes from experience and the confidence that follows a successful career assisting her clients as they fulfill their needs and dreams. Mary says, “Now that my children, Matthew and Katie, have grown and are on their own, tennis is my hobby; but Real Estate remains my passion.”

Mary’s passion for Real Estate led her to seek the designation of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Less than 6% of Real Estate Agents nationwide are conferred with CRS which is the highest designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. Designees are required to take advanced educational courses and demonstrate practical skills by completing large numbers of successful documented residential transactions.
