Al Curt, Sales Associate
For the past 23 years people have been coming to Al and asking questions about Cape Cod and real estate: What's it like to live here? And what's it like in the winter? And Al's response has been, "There are lots of different answers depending upon what you're really looking for. I've experienced (almost) all of the possibilities, and helped people buy and sell on this part of the Cape for all of those years in dozens of different scenarios. It's been a successful 23 years and I think the biggest reason it's been a successful venture is because I listen. I seldom tell you what's going on in real estate until I know what you're interested in. Real estate here (and most everywhere) is a big subject, and nobody knows all about it, but I’ve been through most of it, and answered most of the questions people have asked me to their satisfaction. It's not nuclear physics, but it's not a no-brainer, either. If you have some questions, and are thinking about buying or selling real estate, I'm sure I can be helpful."
From Connecticut, Al spent 25 years in advertising there and moved here with his wife, Kathy to their second home in 1988. Al and Kathy are both active in their Chatham lives. Al served as President of the Chamber of Commerce a few years back; and is a member of the Chatham Rotary Club, an avid golfer (one of the reasons for moving to the Cape…almost year round golf and loads of great golf courses). A little known fact is that Al was once a night club stand up comedian, and can still do some decent impersonations--Just ask! Kathy works at Chatham High School as the Principal's administrative assistant, and as you might guess may very well know everyone in town!
If you have questions, and are thinking about buying or selling real estate, Al is sure that he can be helpful.
