Katie grew up in Westwood, MA and has spent summers in Chatham and Harwich all of her life. After graduating from the University of Vermont in 2008, she decided to relocate to Cape Cod permanently. Katie worked for a data company for almost five years before deciding to pursue her passion for real estate.

Katie has recently joined John C. Ricotta & Associates and  is excited to help people with all of their real estate needs. With 14 years of customer service  experience- communication and understanding her clients’ needs are just a couple qualities that Katie excels at. Her use of modern technology, social media, and local and web advertising will benefit you in your search for, or sale of, a property.

Currently, Katie resides in Chatham with her husband and son. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, skiing in the winter, and being on the water in the summer!
