Judy grew up south of Boston and summered in Chatham her entire life until she moved here full-time in 1978. She graduated from Thayer Academy in 1974 and attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA, where she was a health and physical education major. In 1999, she was inducted into the hall of fame at Thayer Academy where she still is actively involved and received the prestigious Alumni Loyalty Award in 2019. Judy grew up in a family where her grandfather, father, and brothers have had a successful commercial building company since 1922, and her uncle owned one of the most prestigious real estate companies on Cape Cod. Her parents taught her the value of commitment, collaboration, and honesty. So, in 1986, Judy ventured out into the real estate world herself and has never looked back.
Judy has worked for Ricotta & Associates, Inc. since 1989, when the company was founded, and she has been a top producer for 30 years. Judy has successfully helped sellers market their property and get them to the closing table, and she has enjoyed helping buyers find their special piece of Cape Cod. She admits it’s a terrific feeling when you have sold 3 and 4 homes to the same customer--a tribute to hard work and perseverance. Judy specializes in Chatham, Orleans, Harwich and Brewster, and she has assisted clients in finding the perfect summer getaway, retirement home, or very first home; she also specializes in waterfront and water view properties.
